The roofing sheets are the most versatile, adaptable and strong roofing materials available. We supply 3 designs of Profile/Corrugated Sheets in various colours using Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel and Aluminum coils commonly referred to as PPGI and PPAL. The profiles are easy to install with an overlapping system which prevents any leaking and gives protection from the elements. This product is supplied with Curves, Ridge Caps, Flashing and Angles which leads to a very simple installation process. Primary uses of single skin profile sheets are for Roofing, Wall Cladding, Liner Sheets for Standing Seam Systems, Fencing, Hoarding and Advertising Boards.

Material Specification-

Galvanized (GI) & Aluzinc (AZ) coated profile sheets 0.25mm to 0.90mm thick as per ASTM A653 for GI & ASTM A792 for Alu Zinc, other grades can also be supplied on client’s request.

Aluminium Profile Sheet is 0.40mm to 2.00mm thick alloy A3105-H16 temper is supplied as standard. Other alloys & tempers can also be supplied on client’s request.

The surface is painted with baked regular modified enamel polyester (RMP) with 5 micron primer and 20 micron coat on the weathering side and 5/7 micron primer on the reverse—PVDF, Plastisol & special coatings are also available on client request.
